DOCTOR Valentine Ozigbo, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the Anambra 2021 election, has cast his vote at Amesi, in Aguata Local Government Area in the state.
He applauded massive turnout of voters in the area, but decried the delay observed in voting process.
“I’m impressed. If not for the delay, everything has been perfect. The network failed and we had to improvise.
“I’m still monitoring the situation of things elsewhere. I urge people to come out and vote. Get up from your bed. Let’s go out and do our civic duty,” Ozigbo stated.
Ozigbo advised INEC to consider extending the time allotted for voting, considering the delays encountered so far in the voting process.
INEC had said the voting starts at 8:30 am and ends 2:30 am.
