African Leadership Council (ALC) has appointed Yetunde Asika, as the organisation’s new Chief Operating Officer. Yetunde Asika brings with her a wealth of experience in operations management and strategic planning, making her an invaluable addition to our executive team.

Yetunde Asika, an International Human Rights lawyer, has spent over 20 years working with both the private and public sectors where she has honed her skills in optimising operations and streamlining processes. Yetunde’s expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Council’s resources as we continue to pursue our mission to Promote Dignity and Opportunities for African Leaders and Africa as a Whole.

“I am honoured to join African Leadership Council and look forward to working with the talented team to drive growth and impact in Africa,” Yetunde Asika stated.

“My goal is to create a more equitable and prosperous future for The Continent and people of African descent. This is why when the opportunity to join African Leadership Council arose, I was happy to accept it as I know the organisation is focused on promoting dignity and opportunities for Africans by mobilising a coalition of African leaders and stakeholders to take positive action on the continents” she added.

In her new role, Yetunde will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our goals while maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability. Her leadership and guidance will be critical in driving our organisation forward, and we are confident that she will make a significant impact on the Council’s success.
