Access ARM Pensions Limited has scheduled to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 30 May 2025, at the Access Towers in Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a notice to shareholders signed by Mojisola Virtue Oyewole, Secretary/Legal Adviser, the company said the AGM starts at 11:00 a.m.

According to the notice, shareholders will be given the opportunity to deliberate and pass some business resolutions including: adopting the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, together with the Reports of the Directors, External Auditors, and Audit Committee thereon; declare a final dividend to be paid to Shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2024; and elect/re-elect Directors.

Others include appoint the External Auditors of the Company; authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors; disclose the remuneration of the Managers of the Company in line with the provisions of the Companies & Allied Matters Act, 2020; and elect/re-elect members of the Audit Committee.

The shareholders are also expected to consider and pass other special business/ordinary resolutions.

It will be recalled that Access Pensions Limited merged with ARM Pensions Managers in October 2024 to form Access ARM Pensions Limited (AAPL), becoming one of Nigeria’s largest Pension Fund Administrators by customer base and assets under management.
