World record holder in the women’s 100m hurdles event, Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan finished a disappointing 6th in the Women’s 100m hurdles final Thursday night at the World Athletics Championship in Budapest, Hungary reports Prime Business Africa.
The race was won by Danielle Williams of Jamaica in a season’s best time of 12.43 seconds.

Amusan who was provisionally suspended by the Athletics Integrity Unit before that decision was rescinded started off the blocks on a noticeably slow note.
The attention for Amusan will now shift to the the 2024 Olympics games in Paris.
