IN a swing of fortune, the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, has declared the Nigerian business mogul, Valentine Ozigbo as the authentic governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the election holding in Anambra State in November 6th, 2021.
The court has consequently ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to publish Ozigbo’s name in its list of candidates for the election.
