Popular Biafra agitator and separatist says Ndigbo should disregard the viral letter purportedly written by detained Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Mazi Kanu.
Ekpa described the letter as fake news and urged the Igbo to disregard it as coming from IPOB leader, Kanu.
The Finland-based agitator and self-proclaimed Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government disclosed has been held responsible for the frequent sit-at-home forced holiday in the South-East which is usually bloody.
Recent reports have claimed that Kanu, in a letter directed Ekpa to stop ordering for sit-at-home. He was also said to have ordered Ekpa to stop insulting the governors of the region. IPOB Refutes Alleged One-Week Sit-at-Home Rumours In South-East
Reacting to the letter, Ekpa has declared it fake and untrue, describing it as the work of mischief makers who are against the Biafra agitation.
He also maintained his call for the release of Kanu to ensure lasting peace in the South-East.
He said, “Our attention has been drawn to the fake letter from the pit of hell being paraded by Nigerian media claiming that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu wrote a letter.
“It is not only a joke but an insult taken too far that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra is being misrepresented in this way.
“As the Prime Minister of Biafra under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, I call on all Biafrans to disregard the fake letter coming from DSS.”
