3 Dead, Masari's Nephew Injured In Katsina Gov's Convoy Accident

Reports from Katsina State indicate that three persons have been confirmed dead and three others injured as Governor Aminu Bello Masari’s convoy was involved in an accident.

Prime Business Africa (PBA) reports that the accident happened late Friday night near a village called Jimkamshi as the Governor and his entourage were heading to Kafur, his hometown, for Saturday’s governorship and State House of Assembly elections.

Governor Bello Masari and many of his aides are safe albeit two police officers and a nephew of the Governor are the unfortunate three that lost their lives

The injured, PBA gathered has been taken to a General Hospital in the state.
