Passengers Feared Dead As BRT Bus Runs Into Oshod Train Track

A Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has collided with a commercial train along Oshodi-Ikeja, Lagos, and many passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries.

The accident reportedly occurred around PWD bus stop when the BRT bus with number 250033 was about to cross the rail track when it collided with a moving train.

The bus said to be carrying staff of the Lagos State Government, was badly crushed.

This incident occurred on Thursday morning.

“This is suicidal. Yeye bus driver. He has all the time to stop, yet he ran into the train,” said a medical doctor who wouldn’t want to be named.
