Breaking: Amusan Wins Gold In Women’s 100m Hurdles Of Commonwealth Games

Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan on Sunday morning became the 2022 Commonwealth Games Gold medalist in the Women’s 100m Hurdles after she clocked 12.30 seconds which is a new Commonwealth Games record reports Prime Business Africa.

A bewildered commentator screamed: “She (Amusan) has forgotten how to lose” as the golden girl of Nigerian Athletics once again lived up to expectations.

Interestingly, all Nigeria’s seven gold medals in Birmingham have come from the women.

Devynne Charlton from the Bahamas came second in 12.58 seconds in the race that rook place at 10.25am.

World champion Amusan is also expected to be part of the Women’s 4x100m final coming up later in the day.
