Former Arsenal Midfielder Set To Join French Club On Free Transfer

Former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey whose contract has been terminated by Juventus on Monday reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side OGC Nice on a free move.

Ramsey who had an expensive contract at the Old Lady with close to £400,000 weekly after he left Arsenal also on a free is set to follow Leicester FC goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel and Maria Vito as new players.

Ramsey in January joined Scottish Premier League champions Glasgow Rangers on a six-month deal but Juventus are not keen on keeping him with his huge salaries standing in the way of new players arriving in Turin.
