Beth Mead scored England’s opener while Lucy Bronze grabbed the second with a perfect header albeit there was a VAR review with suspicion of a handball in the buildup.

Alessia Russo continued to be England’s super-sub when her crafty backheel made it 3-0 to England, a goal of great quality.

Fran Kirby’s goal made it four and sent the England supporters at Bramall Lane and across the nation into dreamland.
