Prime Business Africa reliably gathered that funding and investment matters, as well as how to provide the right regulatory and operational environment for tech startups, would form the thrust of  the early morning interaction.

Professor Utomi, who initiated  the programme through one of his CVL initiatives, is expected to  deliver the keynote, while Pantami will be special guest of honour.

Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Professor Umar Garba Danbatta will also deliver a keynote.

The significance of the special breakfast forum  is to forge efficient partnerships between operational and regulatory environments  within the ecosystem in line with global expectations.
