“The impact we are making here goes beyond bricks and mortar. It is about transforming lives, uplifting our community, and creating lasting value,” Adeniyi said during the commissioning of the school.

Headmistress Felicia Oyatoye expressed gratitude, noting that the improvements would greatly enhance the teaching and learning environment. The event drew traditional rulers, government officials, community stakeholders, and well-wishers.
In a separate ceremony, CGC Adeniyi commissioned the Wale Adeniyi Sports Arena, describing it as a strategic investment in fitness, mental well-being, and community engagement.
“When we provide facilities like this, we are thinking about our officers and the community. Our work is demanding, and maintaining physical and mental fitness is essential,” Adeniyi said, urging officers across all commands to make full use of the arena.
Customs Area Controller of the Western Marine Command, Comptroller Patrick Ntadi, emphasised the importance of community partnerships in sustaining the project. “This facility belongs to the community. Its protection, proper use, and maintenance are a shared responsibility,” he said.
