Air Peace Limited has been named “Airline of the Year” at the maiden Nigeria International Air Show, held from December 2 – 4, 2025, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
The award was presented by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who commended the carrier for its rapid growth and “remarkable contributions to Nigeria’s aviation ecosystem.”
Founded in 2014, Air Peace has evolved from operating Dornier 328s and Boeing 737 aircraft to managing one of the most diverse fleets in Africa, including Boeing 777s and the new-generation Embraer 195-E2 jets. Aviation analysts say this strategic investment in modern aircraft has strengthened the airline’s competitive edge across domestic, regional, and intercontinental markets.

In 2024, the airline launched its Lagos–London (Gatwick) service, marking its entry into Europe.
