UBA Launches Revamped Website To Strengthen Global Digital Banking Position

United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has launched a redesigned Group website as part of its drive to enhance customer experience and reinforce its competitive edge in global digital banking.

The upgrade delivers faster performance, live market data, and improved accessibility features the bank says are essential to meeting the evolving demands of over 45 million customers worldwide.

Now live at www.ubagroup.com, the platform offers real-time Nigerian stock prices, automated Bloomberg news updates, and a streamlined navigation system. According to UBA these enhancements mark a major step in its digital transformation strategy, setting new benchmarks for speed, inclusivity, and innovation in African banking.

UBA’s Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication, Alero Ladipo, said the revamp focuses on simplifying the user journey, improving responsiveness across devices, and introducing a language-neutral interface for its diverse audience.

Upgraded server infrastructure and load balancing, she added, will ensure minimal downtime and lightning-fast performance.

Other features include a dark/light mode toggle, advanced search tools, accessibility upgrades for users with disabilities, and a 60% reduction in page clutter.

The bank says these improvements are designed to give customers, investors, and partners instant access to financial products, market updates, and company information.

UBA operates in 20 African countries and in the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and the United Arab Emirates.
