William Troost-Ekong scored Nigeria’s second goal against Guinea Bissau after a sensational dribble by Moses Simon in the 75th minute which saw the ball hit the bar and fell kindly to the Watford defender.

Sadiq Umar scored in the 56th minute to put Nigeria ahead in the game. He scored through an assist from Kelechi Iheanacho and was immediately substituted off for Peter Olayinka.

Sadiq Umar missed what should have been the first goal of the game in the 24th minute when Kelechi Nwakali teed him up with a glorious pass.

In the 15th minute, Semi Ajayi had also missed a goal by nodding above the goal post from Nwakali’s free kick.
