Oluwafisayo Faruq Dele-Bashiru simply known and addressed as F. Dele Bashiru was the saving grace for the Super Eagles on Friday night, grabbing a late goal against Mediterranean Knights of Libya to hand Eagles a hard won victory.

A timely assist from Moses Simon in the 86th minute of the match saw Dele-Bashiru delivering when it mattered most.

The Knights it will be recalled had given the impression that they have a weak team that has been boxed into a corner by injuries and decision of some players not to honour invitation.
