#AnambraDecides2021:INEC Declares Election Result Inconclusive.

RETURNING Officer of the governorship election in Anambra, Prof Florence Obi, has declared the result of the election inconclusive.

Speaking at the INEC Centre, on Sunday evening, she said this development is as a result of the fact that election did not hold in Ihiala local government area.

Obi, informed Nigerians that there will be a supplementary election in Ihiala local government area on Nov. 9, 2021, to conclude the election in Anambra.

The Anambra gubernatorial election result will not be announced until the election in Ihiala is conducted.

Recall that election did not hold in Ihiala local government area due to insecurity. It is however, hoped that this abnormally will be corrected on Nov. 9
