It was a colourful Saturday, 20th April, 2024, at Grand Ball-Room, Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, as Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Kashere, Gombe State, Prof. Umaru Pate; Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Mohammed Ali Pate, among other eminent Nigerians, were honoured with Role Model Awards in recognition of their enviable achievements through hard work, honesty and integrity.

Prof. Pate was honoured for his verifiable track record of exemplary leadership and adding eminent value in media and communication professionalism in Nigeria.
