BBTitians: Yemi And Nelissa Emerge This Week’s Heads Of House

As usual, this week, the head-of-house games were played in pairs, with new twist. At the end of the challenge, Yemi and Nelissa  emerged winners.

Before the Game began, Big Brother called out Thabang, Nana, Miracle Op and Yvonne for breaking his house rules. For breaking the house rules, the pairs called out, would not be participating in this week’s head of house.

The head of house challenge was played in two rounds; the first was a game of scrabble. The representatives were asked create a 12-letter word from the dictionary and write it on the black board provided. The game was played in sections, after each section, big brother relived the housemates, by playing music that they most dance to.

The pairs had 20 minutes to find their word and write it out, the two pairs that completed the game the fastest qualified to the second and final rounds.

The rule was to take one letter at a time. For breaking that rule,  Ebubu was disqualified and joined Tsatsii as tails- of-the- house.

At the end of the first round, last week head- of- house pair, Thabana, were asked to go over each participating housemates’ board.

Ipeleng finished first and spelt the word, ‘Horizontally’ however, the word was not in the dictionary. Blue Avia spelt the word, ‘South-African’, Nelissa came closely behind, spelling the word ‘Dictionaries’. For Finishing the fastest, Kaniava and Yelissa qualified to the final round.

The second round was a game of find the country. Yemi and Kanaga Jr, represented their pairs, they had two minutes to find and place names of continents in their correct spots on the world map.

For getting the most accurate placement, Yemi and Nelissa emerged as this week’s head of house.

Recall that last week, the Thabana ‘Couple’ emerged the head of house pair. In the third and final round of the head of house challenge, the top two pairs, Juivola and Thabana were asked to form groups of words, with a maximum of eight letters each. Each letter, carried one point and would make up the total number of points.

At the end of the count, Blaqboi and Kanaga Jr got the least blocks moved, and so they were disqualified.
