Nigeria’s Super Falcons arrived Morrocan city of Casablanca Monday evening ahead of Thursday’s quarterfinals game in the ongoing Africa Women’s Cup of Nations in Morocco against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon reports Prime Business Africa.
The two West African neighbours will slug it out for a place in the semifinals of the competition on Thursday, July 14, at the Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca.
That is the same stadium where Cameroon played all their three group games, picking a win and two draws to finish second in Group B behind Zambia.
The Super Falcons’ twitter handle posted of their arrival in the Moroccan economic capital.

We’ve arrived safely in Casablanca in the build up to our #WAFCON2022 quarterfinal showdown with Cameroon on Thursday, July 14. On arrival, we were immediately lodged at Novotel Hotel in Mohammedia.”
The Indomitable Lioness forced Zambia to a stalemate on matchday one and followed it with a 1-1 draw against Togo.
