Voting was suspended at the convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at Eagle Square, Abuja in the early hours of Wednesday, reports Prime Business Africa.
The voting abruptly stopped momentarily as delegates from Kano state were busy casting their votes with Chairman of Kano APC, Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas involved in heated arguments with officials as less than 20 of the 127 expected to vote were able to do so.
Prime Business Africa reports also that Anambra state delegates protested that their names were not found on the list of delegates designated to cast their ballots.
