Imperial College London

Imperial College London is a specialized community devoted primarily to science, engineering, medicine, and business. Imperial is the number 10 university in the world according to The Times ranking.

It is the only university in the United Kingdom that focuses completely on science, engineering, medicine, and business. The scholarship supports studies in engineering, natural sciences, and medicine. The deadline is March 13, 2023.

Sheffield Hallam University

Sheffield Hallam has about 34,000 students from 113 countries. Scholarships worth £10,000 are available for students from Nigeria who intend to study in the UK for the academic year 2023-24. The closing date is 31 May 2023.

Nottingham Trent is a university with over 3,550 students from over 150 countries. The institution is providing nine GREAT Scholarships, each worth £10,000, for the academic year 2023-24. The scholarship is offered for a taught master’s course in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Nigeria.

University of Edinburgh

The University of Edinburgh, founded in 1583, is one of the UK’s six ancient universities. The Times rated it as number 26th in the world university ranking.

The scholarship is for master’s programs in climate change and Electrical power Engineering for Nigerian students. Students are to apply here before  31 March 2023.

University of Manchester

Manchester University was established in 1824. The university has over 12,500 international students who speak more than 200 languages. The university was placed 54th in the world university rankings.

Scholarships are available for the following courses: intercultural communication, health data science, and pollution environmental control.

University of Southampton

The University of Southampton is a world-class research and education institution. There are over 30% of students are international, representing more than 135 different nations.

Students from Nigeria can apply for a £10,000 scholarship to study for an MSc in Education.

The University of Bath is one of the top ten universities in the UK with over 130 countries represented within the student body. Five scholarships worth £20,000 are offered for programmes in the Faculty of Engineering and Design, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Science and School of Management for Nigerian students.
