THE Managing Director, Adron Homes and Properties, Mr. Emmanuel Adetola, has advised Nigerian youths to set their priorities right and endeavour not to be used as tools to perpetrate violence in the hands of politicians.
Adetola, who was represented by the Director of Public Affairs, Adron Homes, Kemi Osude, stated this at a youth summit held in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State to commemorate the 2021 International Youth Day.
The youth summit, organised by the Ijebu Youth Association has as its theme, “Wither Youth Leadership Amidst Challenges of Good Governance in Nigeria; 2023 in Perspective.”
“Nigerian youths will only have their voice heard if they avoid apathy to electoral processes and refuse to be instruments of violence in the hands of selfish politicians,” Adetola said.
The National President of the Ijebu Youth Association, Okikiola Fayomi, in his closing remark, explained that the essence of the youth summit was to continue engaging the youth on how to improve governance in the country.
