PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has reaffirmed his commitment to security, infrastructure, and economic development in Nigeria.
The president who stated this yesterday during his visit to imo state, also reiterated his determination to accord all sections of the country a sense of belonging in his governance.
While commissioning a number of projects executed by Governor Hope Uzodimma, The president noted that the problems confronting Imo State were similar to those facing the federal government, and enjoined the people of the state to remain patient with his administration, as efforts are being made to address all crucial national issues.
The President applauded Uzodinma for his spirited efforts in repositioning the state, through the provision of infrastructure and socio-economic stability.
Governor Uzodimma expressed gratitude to the President for his visit and assistance to the state towards tackling its security challenges, and disclosed that compensations have been paid to families of security men who lost their lives to bandits.
