A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday issued an order barring the Labour Party and its supporters from converging at the Lekki Tollgate, Lagos but can pass through the gate during their rally on October 1.
The party and it’s supporters fixed a rally tagged “Lagos 4 Million-Man March for Obi-Datti & GRV,” which was set to take place in three axis in Lagos namely Ikeja, Lekki and FESTAC to commence by 7:30 am on Saturday October 1.
The aim of the rally is to demonstrate their solidarity and support for the Labour Party presidential candidate, his running mate Yusuf Baba-Ahmed Daati, and Lagos governorship candidate, Gbadebo Rehodes Vivour (GRV).

The court also directed the Inspector General of Police and the Lagos State Police Commissioner to ensure compliance with the order.
The 10 plaintiffs in the suit are Adedotun Ajulo, Salamatu Suleiman Lewi, Hakeem Ijaduola, Ogunbona Akinpelu, Owolabi K. Oluwasegun, Mogbojuri Kayode, Wuyep Mantim Nadom, Dimimu Mabel, Kolawole Salami, and Mr. Wale Abe Lawrence.
