Kizz Daniel Gets Help in Tanzania; Reason For Absence Revealed

According to news this morning, the Federal Government has helped in the release of Kizz Daniel in Tanzania as the Nigerian embassy there was sent to intervene on his behalf.

NiDCOM issued a statement that said, “Kizz Daniel has been released. His legal team will, however, report back to the police tomorrow while he will subsequently return to Nigeria.”

Yesterday night , a show promoter called Steven Uwa was also hosted on DaddyFreeze’s Instagram live where he revealed that the reason Kizz Daniel didn’t show up to perform was because his luggage was misplaced by the Airline and he couldn’t change his clothes and gold jewelry. He allegedly states that Kizz Daniel said that he wouldn’t perform without all this good chains on his neck and even after being persuaded and brought options for a change of clothes, he still remained adamant.

The condition that Steven mentioned is that he would pay for the damages made at the concert venue and perform for Tanzania free of charge, only then will he be allowed to leave the country.

The update however is that he has been released but his lawyer will still report to the station on this matter before it is resolved. “He has just been released but his lawyers will report to the station tomorrow. He should be home anytime soon”, Dabiri tweeted in response to show how the Nigerian government is assisting there.
