Arsenal and England international forward of Nigerian descent Bukayo Saka FaceTimed global fashion and television superstar Kim Kardashian following her trip to the Emirates with her Arsenal-supporting son, Saint West.
Mother and son were at the stadium to watch the Gunners face Sporting Lisbon in Thursday night’s round of 16 second-leg tie in the Europa League but unfortunately, they lost to the Portuguese side on penalties after a pulsating 1-1 draw in regulation time.
Despite facing the disappointment of the penalty shoot-out defeat which ended 4-3, Saka took the time to FaceTime the famous family and issue a pledge regarding the rest of Arsenal’s season.

Kim’s Instagram story included the caption: “And more surprises… the boy’s favourite player for Arsenal, Bukayo Saka.”
Saka said on the call: “Sorry that I missed you yesterday, they said that you were in the player’s lounge, I had a shirt for you.”
A keen youngster said from the other side of the call: “We’re gonna come back if you win the Premier League,” with a chuckle Saka added: “When [not if], when.”
He concluded: “Tell them to let me know when they’re coming back and we’ll sort them some t-shirts.”
Kim shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. However, Kanye pledged his allegiance to Manchester United back in 2018.
Saka’s promise to win the Premier League this season would no doubt have delighted seven-year-old Saint, who wore their away strip in a chance meeting with Dele Alli.
The former Tottenham star posed with the youngsters during a visit back to London, with his loan spell at Besiktas not going to plan.
The 26-year-old’s contract with Everton has also been discussed – which could lead to him looking for a new club entirely in the summer.
