Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola is among the finalists for the FIFA Best Awards announced on Thursday.
Guardiola led the Premier League club to a fourth title in five seasons last year albeit City’s so-called domestic titles.
The Spaniard, Domestic is joined on the men’s coaching shortlist by Argentina’s World Cup-winning coach Lionel Scaloni and Carlo Ancelotti, who won a Champions League and LaLiga double with Real Madrid.
Guardiola is the only past winner of the award in the shortlist having won it in 2011 while at Barcelona.

England manager, Sarina Wiegman is shortlisted after leading the Three Lionesses to the country’s first major title since 1966 when winning the Women’s European Championship.
She is now up against former US. women’s national team coach Pia Sundhage, after the Swede led Brazil to the Copa America Femenina, and Lyon’s French League and Women’s Champions League-winning boss Sonia Bompastor.
