In a bid to disperse protesters who gathered at Lekki tollgate, police fired teargas which led to some sort of commotion as people are running helter-skelter in the area.
The protesters, mostly youth, had gathered there to commemorate the first anniversary of the #EndSARS protest in Nigeria.
Currently, there is a heavy presence of armed security operatives at the Lekki tollgate who are trying to enforce ban on the protest earlier issued by the police command.
Earlier, the police had arrested about four protesters.
