SPOKESMAN, Imo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ogu Bundu Nwadike has resigned his position and as the member of the party.
In a letter dated 14th September, 2021 and addressed to the state Chairman, Engr. Charles Ugwu, Nwadike said his decision was personal.
He furthered that the decision was done in good faith after due considerations and consultations with members of his family and mentors.
Nwadike, former Special Assistant to the government of Governor Emeka Ihedioha, also thanked the leadership of Imo PDP for the opportunity to serve the party.
His letter reads, “This is to formally inform you of my decision to resign from my position as the State Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo State. My resignation takes effect from the date of this letter.
“The decision to resign is purely on personal reasons, after due considerations and consultations with my family and mentors.
“My resignation is in good faith as I confirm that there is no altercation of any sort between me and the Party. I thank the PDP for giving me the opportunity to serve the Party.”
