ANAMBRA GUBER: OAU Congratulates Soludo On Victory At Poll

Old Aguata Union (OAU) has congratulated the Anambra State governor-elect, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo on Tuesday.

In a statement signed by the National President, Prof. Ifeanacho Orajaka and the National Secretary, Sir Uche Chiadi, the group wished Soludo a successful Period in office.

“On behalf of the entire Old Aguata Union (OAU), we have the pleasure to convey to your Excellency our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on your recent election as the Governor of Anambra State.

“We are confident that under your leadership, Anambra State will witness unprecedented development in line with your manifestos for the greater benefits of Ndi Anambra and Ndigbo generally.

Old Aguata Union comprises Aguata, Orumba North and Orumba South Local Government Areas of Anambra State that produced the candidates of the three dominant parties i.e. PDP, APGA and APC.

The total final result declared by INEC  for the three major political parties include:

APGA     107,421.     votes
PDP        53,102        votes
APC.      43,327         votes
